Day 1: Arrival in Zanzibar

Upon your arrival at Zanzibar Airport, you’ll be warmly greeted by Pasema Adventures staff and transferred to Stone Town, the historic and cultural heart of the island. This UNESCO World Heritage site has preserved its unique charm over the past 200 years, offering a glimpse into its rich history. You’ll check in at the esteemed Tembo House Hotel, which features modern amenities, including a swimming pool, high-speed WiFi, and television, ensuring a comfortable start to your Zanzibar adventure.

Day 2: Stone Town Walking Tour

After breakfast, join your guide for a captivating walking tour of Stone Town, where history and culture come alive through its stunning architecture and vibrant streets. Explore significant landmarks, including the Zanzibar Museum and ancient ruins, while immersing yourself in the local market atmosphere. In the evening, enjoy a beautiful sunset tour along the waterfront, followed by dinner at one of Stone Town’s renowned restaurants. Return to the Tembo House Hotel for a restful overnight stay.

Day 3: Prison Island Trip

Set off on a half-day guided tour to Prison Island, a short boat ride from Stone Town. Known for its white sand beaches and vibrant coral reefs, the island is perfect for snorkeling and sunbathing. Observe the giant tortoises and peacocks while enjoying the stunning views of Stone Town. Lunch can be enjoyed at the island’s resort, and you’ll have plenty of time for swimming and relaxing. After your adventure, return to Tembo House Hotel for the night.

Day 4: Spice Farm and Jozani Forest Trip

Today, embark on an enlightening excursion to the spice and fruit plantations near Stone Town. Discover the aromatic spices and herbs of Zanzibar, learning about their traditional uses. After a delicious lunch at your guide’s home, transfer to your beach resort, stopping at Jozani Forest to see the rare Red Colobus Monkey in its natural habitat. Explore the Mangrove Ecosystem along the boardwalk before heading to your beach accommodation for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 5: Departure

Depending on your flight schedule, we’ll arrange a convenient transfer to Zanzibar Airport. Please inform us of any changes to your flight details in advance to ensure a smooth departure process.
